Most of our inventory consists of gently used textbooks in good condition. We do not guarantee access codes or supplemental materials unless explicitly stated on the product page. We also offer eBook option, you will be told during the checkout process.
3. Are there any additional charges like tax or shipping?
No. The price you see on the product page is the total amount you pay. We do not charge sales tax, shipping fees, or processing fees. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
4. How long does shipping take for physical orders?
All physical orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping typically takes 1–6 business days via USPS, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
5. How long does delivery take for an ebook order?
The delivery should be instant. The download link will be sent to your email address automatically, so please make sure to input your email correctly during the checkout process.
6. What is your return policy?
Physical textbooks can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Digital items are non-returnable unless the wrong file was sent or the file is defective.
